After over 20 years in the machining business, Greg decided to pursue his love of cooking. He went back to school and earned a Culinary degree at Le Cordon Bleu culinary school in Minneapolis. He has worked at fine dinining resturants including The Afton House Inn and Ingredients Cafe of White Bear Lake. Chef Greg volunteers his catering services weekly at his local church, Eagle Brook Serving food at “Ground Zero.”
Chef Greg offers a variety of services. He can cook for a special event, prepare a weeks worth of meals, or teach private cooking lessons. The menus listed are only starting points.
